Thank you for choosingGrab My Pass for your excursions, day tours, and attraction tickets. By booking through our website, you are deemed to have agreed to its terms of use. Please read the following terms and procedures carefully to ensure you clearly understand the conditions applicable to your booking.

We are Grabmypass ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), a company registered under Dabaltap Corporation A 130, 91 Springboard, Sector 63 Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.

1. Pricing

Our policy assures you of competitive pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise specified, prices quoted on our website are charged per person and do not include tips for guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals or drinks, accommodation, room service, or laundry. Rates may change without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances such as changes in airline fares, hotel rates, or transportation costs.

2. Methods of Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made at the time of booking, and customers are required to provide their card details to complete the transaction. Payments will appear as a charge on your statement under our registered entity.

3. Confirmation of Payment

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket or voucher. This serves as proof of payment and must be presented to the respective attraction/service provider for entry or redemption. Please ensure that all booking details provided at the time of purchase are accurate.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

Each attraction, activity, or tour listed on Grab My Pass has its own cancellation terms. Customers must review the specific policy of the selected service before booking.

  • Refundable Bookings: For services marked as refundable, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Combo Bookings:
    • Partial cancellations are not eligible for combo pricing. If one service in a combo is cancelled, the standard individual rate will apply to the remaining services.
    • Any balance refund (if applicable) will only be processed if approved by the attraction/service provider.
    • For combo bookings, please ensure all services listed are available. Only the confirmed inclusions will be provided

4.2 No Show

  • In the event of a no-show, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued. This applies to unused tickets, missed tours, transfers, or chauffeur-driven services.
  • Rescheduling is not permitted for confirmed bookings, including tours, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.

5. Cancellation Procedures

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) to Grab My Pass.
  • Once we receive your request, we will coordinate with the attraction/service provider and notify you of the outcome by email or phone, including any applicable charges
  • Cancellations are considered confirmed only if approved by the respective attraction/service provider. Grab My Pass is not responsible for requests that are denied or not confirmed.

6. Itinerary Amendments

  • Itineraries and services may be modified due to local conditions, weather, airline schedules, or other operational reasons. Where possible, alternative arrangements of similar value will be offered, subject to availability.
  • Grab My Pass reserves the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries without compensation.
  • No refunds will be processed for disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, emergencies, or majeure* events such as natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions.

7. Travel Insurance

Grab My Pass is not liable for damages, accidents, illness, injury, loss of baggage, or trip cancellations. Travelers are strongly advised to obtain a travel insurance policy to cover unforeseen events.

8. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for carrying all necessary documents relevant to their booking, including passports or valid ID cards. For international visitors, it is the traveler's responsibility to check visa and entry requirements with the appropriate consulate before booking. No refunds will be provided in cases where entry is denied due to missing or invalid documents.

9. Website Usage Restrictions

All content on this website, including the Grab My Pass logo, descriptions, and pricing information, is proprietary to Grab My Pass or used under license/permission from respective attractions and service providers. Users agree not to copy, reproduce, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Grab My Pass or the rights holders.

10. Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Grab My Pass does not deliver any physical products. All confirmed bookings are delivered electronically in the form of e-tickets/vouchers to the customer's registered email address.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email information is accurate and accessible. Grab My Pass is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect email details.
  • Grab My Pass will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with applicable international laws.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
